ArtsLIVE is a nonprofit partnership of arts venues, organizations and leaders promoting the arts in and beyond NW Iowa.  The vision of ArtsLIVE is that one day, through the collaborative and promotional efforts of ArtsLIVE partners, the Creative Corridor will become a year-round arts destination.

ArtsLIVE partners believe in working together, expanding traditional borders to new partners and improving the quality of life through arts, entertainment and cultural opportunities.  ArtsLIVE is where the ARTS THRIVE!

CHAIR-ITY EVENT

ArtsLIVE will be hosting a chair auction in 2012, so please keep your eyes peeled for chairs that require re-”imagining”.  Chairs will be distributed to ArtsLIVE Partners who they will add their personal touch before the newly re-”imagined” pieces of furniture will be put up for bids to benefit the work of ArtsLIVE.

Check you attic, flea markets, yard sales…if you happen upon a chair that would benefit greatly from an artistic touch, please contact Jen Johnson at jen@artslive.com or dropping the chairs by the ArtsLIVE office located in the yellow Maritime Museum building in Arnolds Park.
